Stone and River Weekend, three days
A fortress town where the river does the walking
The old town of Kamianets-Podilskyi sits inside a loop of the Smotrych, so nearly every street ends at a wall or a bridge.
We build the weekend around the fortress gate and the cobbled lane behind it. Saturday morning goes to the fortress and the river path. Saturday afternoon covers the Armenian quarter and the cathedral square, with coffee in a courtyard bakery on the way back. Sunday stays free until the 15:40 departure.
Groups stay at twelve travellers at most, and a local guide walks the full route with you. Booking closes ten days before departure so rail seats can be confirmed.
